My name is Dr. Mike Okouchi. I am a Chiropractic Kinesiologist. What is that you might ask? Well as Chiropractic Kinesiologists we use manual muscle response testing to determine how efficient your nervous system responds to any type of stimulus. Your body will either display a “strong” muscle meaning that your nervous system is in “agreement” with the stimulus or a “weak” muscle meaning that it disagrees with the stimulus. Through the art of Applied Kinesiology we are able to help people with their health concerns when they feel like there’s no hope for their condition. Applied Kinesiology is especially useful for allergies, digestive issues, learning disorders, hormonal imbalances, toxic burdens and especially general body aches and pains.
Other things about me: I was born and raised in Hawai`i, I love to play music and was able to record a CD with my group called Acoustic Soul “Chapter One.” My interests include: business, entrepreneurship, self development/personal growth, mind-body medicine, holistic healing, music and the internet.
