I am so tired of "carbon footprints" that I am ready to plant one in the backside of the next person who mentions them. We need to lose weight and feel our best because that brings out the joy in us. Excellent health is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves, to those we love, our community and thus our planet. Did you see that movie "Cold Turkey?" I would love to do a "Cold Turkey" weight loss/energy boost version! What could the town win? Just a thought and more pleasurable than thinking about those footprints ... Cheers!
